Experience: Lived in community for 30 years, ACPS teacher for 10 years, worked for WorldStrides, then became a financial planner
Top Issues: Focusing on reading and other core subjects (improving test scores in the process), increased pay for teachers and staff, improved communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and the School Board

Experience: Lived in the area for 20 years, owns a real estate development company, member of the Albemarle Co. Equalization Board, former Co-President of Ivy PTO
Top Issues: Modernize spaces, recruit and retain teachers, student safety and success, and listening to the voice of the community (especially student)
Bob Beard

Experience: On 2nd term, now serving as Chair, Board member of the University of Virginia Physicians Group, President of the Board for Partner for Mental Health, previously practiced law
Top Issues: providing schools with safe and healthy learning environments (reduce overcrowding, modernize), more nurses and councilors in schools, more professional development programs and better pay for teachers
